Status from the clock, not a toggle
Upcoming, registration, submissions, judging, results — derived from timestamps. Nobody has to remember to flip the event to “live.”
Build. Connect. Elevate.
Karyatic is the event OS for hackathons, quizzes, and coding contests — registration, multi-round submissions, judging, results, and certificates in one clock-aware system.
Built first for Karyatic-hosted competitions. Campuses and clubs come next.
Forms, sheets, and judging tools each do a slice. Karyatic keeps the full lifecycle — with round-aware rules.
Upcoming, registration, submissions, judging, results — derived from timestamps. Nobody has to remember to flip the event to “live.”
Each submission window is independent. GitHub, demo, and Drive video stay URL-only, with resubmits gated by the round — and enforced on the server.
Invite judges, score against a 1–10 rubric, one score per judge per submission. Other scores stay hidden until the round ends.
Scores inform; you still pick 1st / 2nd / 3rd / special. Publish once (immutable), then generate certificates instead of designing them in Canva at 2am.
Three roles. One timeline. No side channel for “final final v7.zip”.
Participants
Browse open events, form a team, then ship each round before the window closes. Countdowns are computed from stored times — no “is it open?” Slack thread.
Judges
Open the scorecard beside the repo and pitch. Submit once. When judging ends, the leaderboard is there if you want the aggregate view.
Organizers
Create the event, set rounds and rubric, invite judges, pick winners, publish. Results don’t silently un-publish.
Karyatic hosts its own events first. There is no self-serve campus plan yet — we won’t invent one on this page.
For competitors
Create an account, register a team, submit, and download your certificate. That’s the product. No participant fee on our hosted hackathons.
For campuses
Multi-tenant org onboarding is out of MVP. If you want Karyatic to run your next competition, talk to us — we won’t pretend there’s a checkout button.
Create an account on the app, then register, submit, judge, or organize — depending on your role.
